Acceptable use

This service is offered free of charge for sharing sensitive text between parties who trust each other. You may not use it to distribute unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights. We cannot inspect encrypted content, but we will cooperate with lawful orders regarding metadata and will remove specific slugs when required.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Secrets are destroyed after one read or at expiry; CYNDERLAB DIGITAL SL is not liable for lost secrets, for links shared over insecure channels, or for any damages arising from use of the service. The source code is publicly auditable at GitHub.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vic (Barcelona), notwithstanding mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
